1. Participation in the OASYS ‘Merdeka Giveaway’ (“Promotion”) indicates that end user has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions herein and agreed to comply with the Promotion Elements and Mechanics stipulated herein. OASYS’s decision is final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.

2. This promotion is open STRICTLY FOR END USERS (Customer) in Malaysia only. Resellers and its related companies are not allowed to claim in this promotion. Resellers are not entitled to claim on behalf of their end users/customers.

3. The promotion is valid till 31 August 2007 or only while stocks last.

4. The promotion is applicable to every NEW copy of MYOffice purchased and registered successfully on our website during the promotion period starting on and inclusive of 2 August to 31 August 2007.

5. All purchases and product registrations must be dated within this promotion period, 2 August to 31 August 2007. Late purchases and registrations will not be entertained.
   Original copy of Proof of Purchase document (i.e. invoice or receipt) dated within 2 August 2007 to 31 August 2007 is necessary for claim verification. Photocopies will not be entertained.

6. Claims with Proof of Purchase documents that have been tampered with amended / changed will be rejected automatically and considered disqualified.

7. OASYS gives no representation or warranty with respect to any gift item. OASYS gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the claimed gifts or their suitability for any purpose.

8. OASYS is not liable or responsible for any damage, loss or expense cause or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of this gift.

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside our reasonable control, OASYS reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal value without prior notice.

10. The free gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other items.

11. OASYS reserves the right to alter, withdraw, cancel and/or modify the promotion without the need to provide any prior notice whatsoever.
